Privacy Policy
This policy explains what OneProtocol collects, why we collect it, and how builders can ask about their data.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to OneProtocol websites, landing pages, and related product experiences operated for the NextBridge Africa ecosystem.
OneProtocol is a reputation product for builders. Other ecosystem products may integrate with it later through defined APIs or source records.
2. Information we may collect
- Account information such as name, email address, username, and authentication details.
- Builder profile information such as skills, public links, task history, and reputation-related metadata.
- Submission information such as proof URLs, task notes, review status, review scores, and timestamps.
- Technical information such as IP address, device data, browser type, logs, and security events.
- Communications you send to us, including support or partnership requests.
3. How we use information
- To provide task drops, submissions, review workflows, scoring, levels, and reputation records.
- To maintain account security, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and enforce platform rules.
- To improve product reliability, performance, and builder experience.
- To communicate important product, policy, or support updates.
- To generate aggregate insights about platform health without exposing private builder data.
4. Public reputation data
Some OneProtocol outputs may be public by design, including builder levels, verified task completions, badges, and reputation status. We will distinguish public reputation records from private review, moderation, or security information.
5. Sharing and processors
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, database infrastructure, authentication, security, and communications. These providers may process data only as needed to deliver the service.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse, plagiarism, fraud, or security incidents.
6. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to operate the platform, maintain reputation history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce rules. Some public reputation records may remain visible unless removed under an applicable policy or valid request.
7. Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information.
- You may request that non-essential public profile information be updated or removed.
- Some verified reputation records may be retained to preserve platform integrity, auditability, and anti-abuse controls.
