Terms of service
Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using OneProtocol, including tasks, submissions, reviews, reputation records, and builder conduct.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using OneProtocol, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Product purpose
OneProtocol is a builder reputation system based on tasks, proof submissions, review outcomes, levels, and scoring rules. The product makes builder contribution easier to evaluate. It does not guarantee employment, grants, prizes, or sponsorships.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You must keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the system or violate these Terms.
4. Tasks and submissions
- Submissions must include the required proof artifact for the task.
- You must submit work you created or are authorized to submit.
- Broken, missing, misleading, or inaccessible proof links may result in rejection.
- Task deadlines, review windows, and scoring rules may vary by task drop or sponsor requirements.
5. Reviews and reputation
Reviews are based on defined criteria such as correctness, quality, creativity, and completeness. Reputation scores and levels may change based on accepted work, review outcomes, penalties, consistency, and other defined mechanics.
We may adjust scoring parameters over time to preserve fairness, integrity, and resistance to abuse. Material changes should be documented in the product specification or public policy where appropriate.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Plagiarism, copied submissions, or misrepresented work.
- Referral abuse, fake accounts, spam, or attempts to game scoring.
- Harassment of reviewers, builders, sponsors, or team members.
- Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks on the platform.
- Using the platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
7. Penalties and enforcement
We may reject submissions, deduct points, remove records, suspend access, or take other enforcement actions where needed to protect the platform. Penalties are intended for misconduct, not for good-faith attempts that fail to meet the task bar.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original submissions, subject to any license or sponsor-specific terms attached to a task. By submitting work, you grant us the right to display, review, reference, and process the submission for platform operation and reputation records.
9. No guarantees
OneProtocol may help builders become more visible, but we do not guarantee jobs, grants, prizes, sponsorships, income, ranking, or access to opportunities.
